To Stay After Midnight?

There are two options:

a. Proceed to the hotel kiosk machine outside the hotel lobby to book a room and self check-in as a walk-in guest.

b. Alternatively, book a room at the Z Hotel website before going to the hotel to secure a room immediately. Remember to specify the date one day before midnight in your booking, otherwise if you book the current date you have to wait until 3 pm then only be allowed to self check-in at the hotel kiosk!

The standard check-out time at 12pm is applied for all guests.

Our hotel's 24 hours kiosk helps all guests to book a room and self check-in/out.

Z Hotel is an unmanned hotel with effect from 1-July-2022 and no front-desk staff are working in the lobby. All help and support required are available remotely via a phone call to our Z hotel call center (8am - 10pm).

Assisted check-in/out at 24 hours is available upon guest’s request with a service fee of RM15.
