Payment & Refund Policy

Our hotel online booking system accept online payments likes bank fund transfer, credit card, debit card and eWallet. But for corporate or group booking, we do accept offline booking via phone call or WhatsApp message.


Payment For Offline Hotel Booking :

(Only applicable for corporate or group booking)

1. You may check the room availability using BookNow menu option.

2. Once decided on the quantity of room and the amount, make Payment By Online Bank Transfer or Touch'nGo to Z Hotel account.

3. Immediately notify the hotel on your booking to reserve the rooms for your desired dates.


Refund Policy

Z Hotel accepts 3 types of bookings, namely booking at the hotel website, booking at the hotel kiosk and booking at our partner’s Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites.

1. Full payment upon booking at the hotel website, cancellation and refund is subject to the booking policy that travelers selected during their online booking.

There are 2 types of hotel online booking policy, Non-Refundable policy and Refundable policy. 

  • For Non Refundable policy, travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • For Refundable policy, free cancellation for travelers who cancel 7 days or more before the day of check-in are charged no fee. The refund will be made using the same payment method travelers used at the time of their booking. Allow the hotel to process and refund up to 30 days.

2. Full payment upon booking at the hotel kiosk, booking at the kiosk is non-refundable and can not be canceled. But after the booking at the hotel kiosk with unsuccessful check-in due to some unexpected machine error, the kiosk will refund the booking immediately by cash.

3. For booking and payment done via our preferred OTA, refund and payment related matters please deal with the OTA directly and not Z Hotel. The booking policy of the OTA may differ from the booking policy of the hotel.

4. Security deposit of RM50 is collected upon self check-in at the hotel kiosk. At the time of self check-out at the hotel kiosk, the balance of the security deposit will be refunded by cash via the kiosk machine.
